General comments
Voriconazol: iv 6 mg/kg 2dd gedurende dag 1.
Isavuconazol: iv 200 mg 3dd gedurende 2 dagen, gevolgd door iv 200 mg 1dd.
Aspergillus sinusitis, cerebrale aspergillose, pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding: chirurgische resectie in combinatie met antifungale therapie.
Bij pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding arteriële embolisatie overwegen bij inoperabele patiënten.
