Aanpassen op geleide kweek.
Na 2-3 wk switch naar oraal indien mogelijk op geleide kweek.
Punctieverwonding: dosering ceftazidim evt. verlagen op basis van MIC. Tobramycine totdat resistentiepatroon bekend is.
